On "Advanced" topic, I clicked on "Environment Variables..." Then I clicked on "New" under "System variables" in "Environment Variables" and added my ADB directory to it: Variable name: Path. Variable value: C:\Users\hosei\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\platform-tools
