WebJun 29, 2024 · Fatigue, nausea, pins and needles in feet, loose stools, acid reflux and difficulty concentrating. My blood serum B12 levels however seem within the normal range. What do you guys think this means? My doctor still thinks I just have chronic fatigue syndrome.
