WebOutbreak perfected is an awesome exotic. It can clear adds really well and can also ramp up to do insane boss damage for a primary. The problem with it is that add clear is totally dominated by stuff like warmind cells, salvagers salvo, etc. And its boss damage obviously can’t compete with exotic heavies.
